Fragen, die du gut vorab klären kannst, sind; für welche Zielgruppe (Families, Young Adults, Singles, Ehepaare,...), Wo und Wann die Veranstaltung ist.

Überlege dir vorab bitte auch, für wie viele Personen die Veranstaltung ist. Dabei ist es egal, ob diese für 2 oder 999 Menchen ist. Außerdem darfst du ehrlich sein, ob du einen Unkostenbeitrag der Teilnehmer brauchst.
